    Pros +

    • Spacious & modern
    • Great location, comfy room and great staff. Front desk very accommodating - offered to book taxi to airport, helped with an omakase reservation adjustment. Went above and beyond.
    • The location

    Cons -

    • Nothing to complain about. Only hiccup is that we told the property ahead of time about us being on our honeymoon and we got a few drink tickets for a small selection of drinks. My husband had to ask them to do a cute room setup. No big deal at all, overall amazing stay.
    • Important hotel policies were not disclosed at the time of booking, which felt misleading. This is essentially a self-service hotel with no bellboy assistance and no in-room dining, yet it is priced as a full-service property. Staff responses were consistently unhelpful, focusing only on what could not be done, without offering any alternatives or solutions. The concierge was completely ineffective and openly stated that they have no contact with outside businesses, making the role meaningless. Overall, the hotel is grossly overpriced for the extremely limited services provided and does not deliver value for the cost.
    • Cleanliness has gone down, we saw items from previous guest left inside the room.

We stayed in Ginza as a family and it was the perfect choice. Ginza is known as a business district, which makes it feel more relaxed compared to other busy areas in Tokyo. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent, offering both Western and Japanese options, and even our 3-year-old had plenty of choices. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, especially with our son. We reserved a room with a view since he loves watching cars, and it was absolutely worth it.The location couldn’t have been better. The train station was very close, and we had easy access to coffee shops, matcha cafés, and many kid-friendly restaurants. Essentials like Lawson, tax-free pharmacies, and Don Quijote were all within walking distance—everything we needed was right there. They also made our stay even easier by helping with luggage transfer.Overall: perfect room, amazing location, great nearby amenities, and outstanding service. Truly a fantastic stay for families!

We enjoyed the breakfast, served western and Japanese dishes.Every evening the hotel offers small treats such as sweets, or little bags of lavender dried flowers, this is so special

    Staff are very nice.

    Small rooms. No smoking area.

We were family of four and stayed in the hotel, booked two rooms as the room sizes are not that spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, croissants and bananas in the morning for those who do not have breakfast included to their stays.

The only downside of the overall hotels in Japan is the room size, it is not big enough to open your suitcase but we enjoyed our stay overall. Rooms were always cleaned and amenities were added every day.

Great location, really liked the robot Butler My-Loh, free water was very nice, appreciated Nespresso brand coffee maker in room. Elevators are quick, very little waiting and weirdly quiet so not a big deal having a room by them.

Good clean hotel in efficient Japanese style. Nice and clean

Breakfast restaurant and bar were too small to cater for the number of rooms. Concierge was average. Too expensive for what it was.

    Overprice for what it offers.

    9GİZEMPosted on: 12-6-2024

Location was perfect. In middle of everything in the best and luxuriest neighborhood of Tokyo Ginza. All the flagship stores and boutiques are around. Metro is very near. Plenty of restaurants ( even Michelin Stars) are one step ahead. Rooms are very clean, big and comfortable.

The only thing to worry was windows were soundproof which might be annoying gor the first night but we got used to about it and didn’t worry anymore.

The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean

No room service. Limited restaurants. No spa

    7DaniellePosted on: 11-6-2024

It was nice, fancy looking, breakfast was good, nice looking bar.

The feel of the hotel was very corporate. It is a shame that there was no feeling of being in Japan. The hospitality that we experienced in Japan was so lovely and beyond, that it was disappointing checking into the AC, and not having excellent customer service and hospitality. The kindness and loveliness that we had experienced in Japan. It was not at all present at the AC. And I regret that.

    10MarinaPosted on: 10-27-2024

Even before we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodated our requests. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff were respectful and lovely to deal with. The hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. Buffet had a great variety and the restaurant had tasty food. Thank you for making our holiday memorable and hope to stay at another AC Marriott in the future.
